Kelli, that isn't your neighbor's house, is it? YIKES! Kathy got me a package of those little Olive Garden dumplings for my birthday. They are called "Potato Gnocchi" and can be found in the frozen food section of most grocery stores. I cooked them in some chicken broth I'd saved, along with some cubed chicken, carrots, and celery. YUMMY! Mom
This was from a while back, but just discovered that Ben had a photo of it. There was a bear wandering around Laramie. No damage...just interesting :)
